Australia Dethrones India To Become Number 1 Test Side In The World

For all the cricket fans out there, we are really some incredible cricket, which was supposed to happen in the form of IPL, Ashes, and many more tours.
Everyone is looking at the world test championship rankings since this is the first time.
Nowadays, test cricket is getting interesting more and more!!!

A lot of analysts predicted that India could win the first World Test Championship Trophy. The Indian Squad is really an amazing team with excellent Top order and Bowling line up. Now on the basis of the test matches played to date, Australia is on top of the order in the World Test Ratings.
India has many more tours pending.

Though there is no cricket around the world team Austalia has still come on top of the table. The Australian cricket team dethroned India from the top spot in the ICC’s latest test rankings. Not only the tests but the ‘yellow army’ has topped the T20I rankings as well.

Australia replaced India after it had occupied the top spot in October 2016. The over 3 year run of India came to an end. The latest ICC rankings have been devised after eliminating results from 2016-17. In the latest rankings, ICC has rated all matches played since May 2019 at 100 percent and those of the previous two years at 50 percent.

India has now slipped to 3rd spot in test rankings behind New Zealand. In ODI rankings the Aussies are down at number 5.

India occupies 2nd spot in ODI rankings which is topped by England. In T20 rankings, India has the same spot at test ranking. The Aussie top that lists dethroning Pakistan after 27 months run at the top.
